Great participation of SimAv in the SIMMED Congress, held online on June 22 and 23. On June 22, President Dr. Giacomo Borgonovo participated in the meeting “Meet the Simulation Centers” presenting the activities and organization of our Center. On June 23, the director Ing. Marco Chirico and Dr. Serena Ricci, research fellow, held the following workshops “Managing a Simulation Center” (Ing. Chirico) and “Technical Aspects to Implement Telesimulation in the ‘new normal’ post COVID” workshops (Dr. Ricci). In addition, two female students sent video abstracts to present their thesis projects: “RiNeo MR Simulator for the learning of neonatal first aid maneuvers” Giulia Addiego Mobilio; “Development of a system to detect the force exerted by a tourniquet on the limb of a dummy” Ludovica Viola.
